Awesome!

I read an article in The Daily Herald which I think was written by the person who built these, but I cannot find it online. Anyway, I just wanted to applaud this, I think it is excellent. I want to visit on a windy day to see how loud they are.

Yes for a place with 365 days of sunshine the lack of solar panels is surprising (and frustrating) and windmill too, the wind is strong enough up there.

we just came back from Aruba and they are starting a huge project there with windmill power. It is almost finished and ready to go.
I'll send you a picture

Hi all -
I agree it is surprising Sissi, what I hear all the time is that it is expensive, and that windmills have to be very tall. It'd be great to see neighborhoods pool together for windmills+generators but that takes a strong neighborhood community.
Thanks gs, that is a great one!
Thanks for the photos Barbara, that is very impressive of Aruba.
